Why EU?

Since I was young, I had a big concern in appearance due to malocclusion, and as I became an adult, I became more and more uncomfortable with my life such as chewing, so I decided to do jaw surgery. After visiting various hospitals and asking my acquaintances, I found that the EU was the most reliable for safety. Also, I was afraid that if I get double jaw surgery I might looks like toothless person.

Post OP Day

I was suffering that I could not breath well through my nose. Thus, when I try to breathe through my mouth, I couldn't breathe well because of phlegm. Fortunately, I wasn't sick, so I think I was able to endure it!

Post OP 2 Days

It was so hard to breathe all night that I woke up every hour and I was so sleepy that I couldn't sleep. My face was so swollen that I just wanted time to go by quickly.ㅠㅠ But I was in better condition than the first day, so I used to walk around a little bit by bit.

Post OP 3 Days.

Finally, I got discharge! But I was in better condition because I slept more than the first night. It was eailier to breathe than yesterday. I was stressed out because of phlegm in my throat and my breath got stuck, but I didn't feel hungry. I was so happy to go home.

Post OP 4 Days

I still can't sleep well at night, and my nose is stuffy or my phlegm is severe, so I keep waking up from time to time, but I slept better than before. I was so frustrated that I went out for about 10 minutes and took a walk in front of my house. I do eat, but maybe it's because I feel uncomfortable breathing, but I don't think I was hungry, so I didn't eat much.

I went to get a laser and I was at home, but my upper gums have been hurting since this day. The next day, when I was going to get my dressing, I asked the surgeon, and he said it was a recovery process, but my gums hurt so much that I spent a week with painkillers.ㅠㅠ I think this was the most painful post-op. But I couldn't even open my mouth for two weeks. Especially, except for a week of sore gums, I didn't think I have suffer as much as I thought, so I chose the hospital well. It's amazing that I can see the swelling going down day by day, and I love it.^^

After the second week, the swelling hasn't gone down noticeably. It feels like it stopped in the second week. ㅠㅠ So I go out for a walk every night and try to move a lot! I'm eating without much stress. I can't chew, so I don't feel like I've eaten, but... Sometimes my jaw was a little stiff, but now I'm not sick and I want my swelling to go away soon!

It doesn't feel like the small swelling is going away, but people around me say that my face got smaller and looks like someone else. I think my nose got wider last month, but my nose got better smaller as before the surgery. I'm living comfortably! I can eat almost anything soft, so I'm eating so well. I hope the swelling goes down more quickly.ㅠㅠ I still feel like a squirrel is biting two acorns.

As time goes by, I can see that the swelling goes down little by little! I was depressed because of the slowness of my swelling, but a lot of people around me told me that I've been losing more and more swelling. I'm so happy!

I think I'm getting less and less swollen! I can't wait to see what it's like to be in my third month
