I have been known about EU from youtube. I think I was open to surgery for the first time when I watched videos of various contents. In surgery experience and in the plastic surgery community, facial bone surgery requires a lot of information. There were many opinions such as having to go to a lot of counseling, but of course, it was very important to go to various places, but I liked the overall feeling and atmosphere of the EU, so I didn't need to find out anymore. I tend to trust and leave it up to depending on whether people give me trust or not in deciding what important work to do. Considering the first impression of visiting the EU, the good reviews of the search, the doctor opinion, the EU staff's atmosphere, etc., it looked good, so I got counseling and set a date for the surgery a week later without hestiation.
Operation Day
I was escorted to the hospital room just before the operation. The hospital room was clean and pleasant. The bathroom was clean and the hospital clothes were wrapped in plastic bag. Like the feeling I had when I visited the hotel...This is also the reason why the surgery was decided because of its small delicacy. Before the surgery, I searched a lot of reviews, but as expected, after the anesthesia was released, I felt nauseous and nauseous. After two or three hours, both of these symptoms are better. However, I feel a little uncomfortable swallowing my saliva, but it's tolerable because I'm not very sick. The anesthetic was released, and one or two hours were painful, and after that, I seemed to recover little by little as the anesthetic was removed. My skin is dark and strong in flesh, so I don't get bruises easily, but I heard most of the time after surgery face swells a lot for two to three days, so I think I should take a good look.

My throat has been little pain in the morning, my phlegm often came out, and my lips were tingling and uncomfortable. Nurse gave me an antibiotic injection in the morning, and I felt sick every time I put in medicine. As many of the reviews said, EU staffs were all kind. Even the phlegm decreased slightly after taking the medicine for lunch after being discharged from the hospital. There may be personal differences in recovery, but the recovery seems to be relatively fast. Still, I couldn't relax, so I took care of myself and do cold packs message on my face.

I was take a walk and drink pumpkin juice that my face been deswelling a lot! Although the sides of the mouth are swollen, it is good that the senses are coming back rather than the first day. Sometimes I open my mouth unconsciously, but it opens up as well as before surgery. In other reviews, I read that it's hard to open, but I still can't see the dramatic effect even if I look at it in the mirror. It is likely to be visible only when the swelling goes down further.

I removed stich out for my side cheekbone! I feel much better! I get sick of eating porridge that I try to look for soft food that can substitute porridge! When I review from other most of them lost their weight after surgery but I think it’s not applied on me! I have been eating very well due to recover well! Fortunately, my lips mucles work much better than before!

Most of my sensation has been coming back as before the surgery, there is no bruise and no pain. I feel comfortable when I chew food! (I can eat all the food except hard food). When I get sick, my appetite decreases, but I've never had an appetite since a day after the surgery.I didn't get much laser treatment because my house was far away, but I think it would be more helpful for my recovery if I get laser treatment in the usual number of times. Still, I'm thankful that the consultant took care of me once I went.
Post OP 14 Days
Finally removed stich out and I get the deswelling laser treatment! The doctor asked me if I had any questions, but I couldn't think of one, so I said no. I think it would be good to make a note of what you were curious about and ask without forgetting. I came to my parents' house today, but they don't know that I had surgery. When I told my sister and mom, they said that the swelling on the right side didn't go away yet, but they did a good job.

I stayed at home because of Corona and went to my hometown to meet my acquaintances. I didn't mention plastic surgery because I didn't want to explain it in detail, but my acquaintances said my face looks puffy. People cannot recognize it if I don't speak. It's because I haven't seen them for a long time, but people don't care about my appearance.

The stitched part of the lips is a little bumpy, but there are times when small food goes into it and doesn't come out well. Rinse with gargle or water to remove easily. There's nothing more uncomfortable than that.
Post OP 22 Days
My senses are back. I am free to open my mouth and check my face every day by looking in the mirror. I can't wait for the time to pass.

I request to consult with doctor since my 45-degree cheekbone goes in; side cheekbones look prominent. I understood as he explained it step by step while looking at CT scan. And there was a part that was hard to compare with the naked eye, and when I compared before and after the photo, I saw the difference in the size of the cheekbones. In conclusion, he said that the surgery went well, and that I had to wait and see for a long time to reduce swollen because of my thick skin. It's my first surgery on my face, so I'm going back and forth. Thank you, doctor, for your prompt attention despite my anxiety.

I'm living as usual before the surgery. Even when I try to unconsciously put my hands on chin or cheekbones , I say, "I had surgery" and refrain. It doesn't seem obvious, but my face seems to have gotten a little smaller.
Post OP 35 Days
Swelling has been reduced a lot. Unfortunately, I have to wear mask all day long due to the virus.
Post OP 45 Days
Many of people cannot recognize that I did surgery on my face since I only did cheekbone. I like the face that doctor did surgery for me very natural. So far, there are many people who think negatively about plastic surgery at work, so it's not easy for me to bring it up first. I think it's good to have more confidence than before. I think the stress I've been getting from cheekbone has been relieved a lot. What's unfortunate is that I should have had surgery sooner when I was younger.
Post OP 50 Days
I feel that my cheekbones are slimmer than
before. The doctor said that my side cheekbone
is too strong to go in completely (at the initial consultation). Still, my impression
has gotten softer and I am satisfied.

The face keeps changing over time. It seems
that the shape of the face is changing little by little even after surgery to
see. I think the muscles are back in place to fit the facial bones.

Sometimes my cheekbones feel stiff.ㅜㅜ There's not much inconvenience, but I think I need more time to
completely settle down the result of the cheekbone surgery. Every time I see a
picture of the past, I'm surprised that the cheekbone was big.

Originally, I had TMJ and malocclusion, so
it has been under treatment for nearly 10 years. When the malocclusion was
severe, there was a phenomenon in which the cheekbone appeared to protrude more
severely. If I want to see a bigger change on my appearance, it will be much
more effective if I also get braces treatment.

As time goes by and the swelling goes down,
the face shape changes. The first, second, and third months of surgery all have
different facial types. I don't know if the muscles are moving or not, but it's
so amazing. For months after the first surgery, my face in the mirror seemed
very strange, and didn't look good on me, but after a month or two, the changed
face shape became natural and familiar, so I don't even look at the mirror
anymore. I don't think I'm paying attention to what I'm going to do. Looking at
the past photos, I can feel that the impression was strong. I sleep on my side
unconsciously. There was nothing wrong with sleeping on the side, but I am
still sleeping consciously before sleeping.

Eating and exercising are as durable as
before surgery. There are no side effects or obstacles to everyday life, as I
forget whether I had surgery or not because I am living totally fine. As I get
older, I keep losing my fat on my cheek, but I think I've gotten better appearance
since the surgery!

In the beginning of the surgery, I feel
like my face was sagging on the left, but as time went by, it was filled with
fat and making the face thinner and smoother.
The bumpy part of the gums has improved and
is back as it used to be the same as before. After two to three months, it
seems to return to its original state. I want to get remove the pin as soon on
December comes : )

Recently, I ate pork and crab, but it was
not uncomfortable and I ate well as before the surgery. If I press the mouth
area, it still feels like my blood doesn't flow. I feel bloated, but from the
outside, the swelling has all gone. My family also said that my swelling has
completely reduced.

Many people don't know that I had surgery
around them, maybe because I only operate on my cheekbone. I've heard a lot
that I seem to have lost weight. People who don't have a soft face know how
stressed they are. Still, it seems to have become somewhat soft face shape
after the surgery.

Even though I've lost a little weight, my
face looks small. It's comfortable to live a life and the best thing is that
it's good that protruded cheekbones has disappeared. ^_^!!

I feel like swelling has been reduced a lot
on my face because my face has changed. People around me told me that it's a
relief that I had surgery safely. Before the surgery, I could only see my
cheekbones in the picture. My check has been improved.

Clearly, the bones are getting smoother and
more natural! I am totally satisfied with the result and my appearance. It's
like an operation that doesn't work right away and takes a long time to get the
final result.

I'm looking at the side line, and my
cheekbones are so high that I can see a lot of difference from before. As time
went by, I was satisfied that my face became less swollen and more natural. I
recommended EU to my close friends who are stressed because of her face shape.
