Motivation of the surgery:

I was stressed when people told me that, "Your face is long". When I see a pretty friend around me, I have thought that I want to have a pretty face shape. Then, when my friend had a facial contouring surgery and showed up looking pretty, I thought that I wanted to live with a prettier face when I was a little bit younger.

Why EU? :

Since bone surgery itself is a big operation, I was only looking for a hospital with long experience specializing in facial bones. While I came to Seoul and visited many of the hospital and finally met Dr. Kim whom gave me faith and trust to make the decision.

Post OP 1 Day :

I do not have powers on body and I feel really sleepy. I wake up every 2 hrs. My stomach feels upset and feels dizzy so nurse gave me another pain killer. I am really appreciated to nurse since she take cares of me very well.

Post OP 2 Days :

It was too hard to breathe without the tube in my nose. Both sides of my nose were blocked, so I breathed in my mouth, and my throat hurt so much that I drank a little water every hour, but it was hard to even drink water. I had upset stomach that nurse gave me another painkiller. As soon as I drink New Care, I felt my body recovered. When I ate a whole bottle of it, I gained strength, so I went to the bathroom alone, changed my ice pack, and started moving around.

Post OP 3 Days :

My face is swelling so much that I cannot open my eyes and see something. But I tried my best to move around and drink newcare to get some strength. I cannot believe that I have to leave Seoul soon.

Post OP 7 Days :

I can breathe with my nose well that I fall a deep sleep J Also, I don’t have nose bleed anymore. I visited hospital and remove tapes on my face and stich out. I hope that my face will be deswellig soon! I am appreciate to my consultant since even I contact her early morning or late night she always response my questions. My condtion is good today maybe because today is post op 7 days!

Post OP 14 Days :

I read reviews that stich out is really painful. But when I stich out it wansn’t painful as I expected! And I learned how to wear rubber band on my teeth.

Post OP 15 Days :

Consultant told me that, I am available to eat rice, eggs, and tofu that can be crushed with the tongue, so I ate dumpling hot pot today. I rolled it in the soup little by little and ate it carefully, and it was so delicious. I'm stretching hard to get rid of the swelling today. I'm going for a walk for deswelling!

Post OP 20 Days :

I met a friend for the first time after the surgery. I hid the fact that I did double jaw surgery and lied that I had fat transplants, but she believed it. I am sorry to my friend. I wanted to be pretty secretly. My friend said his image has changed drastically and she wants to do a fat transplant. I have a guilty conscience, but I feel so good

Post OP 21 Days : When I open my mouth and insert a finger I can open it easily. Doctor told me that I should practice mouth exercise so I can insert 2 fingers insider of my mouth! Also I realize that I am deswelling faster after stich out J

I still have bruise on my face but I hang out with my friends with full make up! ^__^

I realize that double jaw surgery is a really big operation when I feel the small bruises on the face that still remain and the facial muscles that do not move freely. But double jaw surgery change whole feeling of my face since long face became oval face shape J  I think I should do it faster whenever people around me praise me for my pretty face shape.

Post OP 43 Days :

As my face gets smaller, her neck looks longer and face proportion looks good, so I seems to have become a golden ratio. I feel a great deal about the size of my face.

Post OP 46 Days :

When I took pictures with my friends, I gained confidence because my face is small and my face line is smoothly no matter what angle I took a picture with my friend. Now I can open my mouth and eat beef and pork belly. I don't know when my sensation will come back, but I feel tingling on my face which means my sensation is coming back!

Since my face is originally long without fat, the face becomes smaller and the face becomes puffy due to swelling, I am very satisfying with the result of my face because it has a three-dimensional and smooth face shape. When I looking at my face getting smaller every time!  I'm curious about the final outcome of the surgery without any swelling on my face.

Post OP 61 Days :

My friends ask me if I got plastic surgery these days. I often hear the compliment, "my face keeps getting smaller." After surgery I can yawn well and opening my mouth well as before the surgery.

Post OP 63 Days :

I went to my friend wedding today. Whenever my acquaintances compliment me on my appearance without knowing that I had surgery, I feel good because I feel like I've gotten prettier without anyone recognize it!.

Post OP 66 Days :

When I take a picture with my friends, my face looks small and I feel good when I see friends who don't want to take a picture next to me. My face is getting smaller, so I want to have surgery on my eyes and nose too. I guess there's no end to women's greed.

Post OP82 Days :

The swelling naturally receded as time went by, and the face gradually became smaller, so everyone does not know that I did such a major surgery. I like this surgery because it makes me look pretty secretly. These days, when I upload photos without photoshop after taking a group photo, I am gaining confidence because the photos look good.

Post OP 84 Days :  

I ate pork belly today and felt my gums hurt. I guess chewy meat is still too burden for me. I'll have to be careful with the food that's still hard.

Post OP 90 Days :

I think various hairstyles look good on me with the small face. I like a half up pony tail hair. Weather is getting hotter that I want to tie up my hair! I'm going to practice various hairstyles.

Post OP 98 Days :

It's so good that the facial line is smoothed and the entire face is smaller through surgery. When I look at the photos of the first and third months of the week, the satisfaction level seems to rise further. My face becomes more natural and smaller every time the swelling goes down.

Post OP 110 Days :

A friend who saw my face after a long time after surgery is surprised that my entire face has changed. These days, the swelling has gone down a lot, so I'm so happy that my jawline is getting sharper!.

Post OP 118 Days :

I did not see some of my friend for a long time and they cannot recognize that I did double jaw surgery. But just lost weight! She is amazed by my small face, saying that I looks slimmer.

Post OP 4 Months:

Last year, a friend I knew tried to say hello to me, but she tilted his head and said, "Huh? Or not... I'm sorry” and just left me. She doesn’t recognize me at all. I feel proud of the result of the surgery!

Post OP 5 Months:

Whenever my friends envy and praise me for my changed face and atmosphere, I feel great. These days, I like to wear makeup that look very natural, but my face is small, so I think I look pretty even if I wear less makeup.

Post OP 6 Months:

As people around me complimented me on my changed appearance, my self-esteem increased a lot and my personality was timid, but I think I have become brave. I'm trying to change my style by trying on the clothes I wanted to try on.

Post OP 7 Months:

I heard that face swelling reduce for a year. I've been hearing a lot that my face look so skinny even though I weigh the same maybe because my face swelling as been reduced. Some people ask why my face is getting smaller and smaller and asked if I had been treated. My facial muscles are still not moving freely, but I am satisfied with my small face.

Post OP 8 Months:

When my friends take pictures, they often tell me to stand in front of them because my face is small. When we look in the mirror together, they say, "There's a difference in face size, and our face is really small." One friend is preparing for double jaw surgery. I hope my friend's surgery goes well, too.​
